For this project, Semplicemente Legno has transformed a stock of oak timber reclaimed from a derelict farmhouse into a bespoke wooden floor solution. Suited to traditional and modern furniture alike, antique wood that has been extracted from a truss embodies the quintessence of timber. Combining quality and aesthetics, this material can resist a variety of elemental forces of decay thanks to its innate durability. Semplicemente Legno has also undertaken the installation of the internal staircase, which has no baseboard and was designed to adhere perfectly to the iron stringers.
